JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Miami Marlins announced a pair of transactions that impact their Double-A affiliate Jacksonville Suns roster prior to tonight's game against the Chattanooga Lookouts at AT&T Field at 7:15 p.m.

Right-handed relief pitcher Blake Logan has been transferred to the disabled list with right elbow inflammation. Logan has pitched in six games for the Suns this season, going 1-0 with a 3.27 ERA in 11 innings pitched.

In a corresponding move, right-handed relief pitcher Casey McCarthy has been transferred from High-A Jupiter to Jacksonville. With the Hammerheads this season, McCarthy is 0-1 with a 1.74 ERA in seven relief appearances. This is the second stint with the Suns with McCarthy, who pitched in one game for the Suns on April 21. In that relief appearance he went an inning and two-thirds where he allowed a run on a pair of hits to the Biloxi Shuckers.

The Suns and Lookouts will square off again Monday night in the series finale from AT&T Field with a first pitch slated for 7:15 p.m. ET. The Suns will send out right-hander Kendry Flores (1-3, 3.57ERA) while the Lookouts will throw righty D.J. Baxendale (2-0, 1.07 ERA).
