
Stingrays Gameday: Yeo Returns As Stingrays Face Trenton Tonight At 7:05 P.M.

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays cross sticks with the Trenton Devils tonight at 7:05 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum and defenseman Dylan Yeo returns to the team from Hershey of the AHL. Tonight is the second of three scheduled meetings between the two teams this season and the first at North Charleston. The last time these two teams played against each other was a month ago today in a 6-3 Stingrays victory in Trenton. The Stingrays come into tonight's contest on a season-high seven game winning streak.
Yeo, 23, returns to the Stingrays after skating in two games with the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League acquiring no points and six penalty minutes. The Prince Albert, SASK native currently has three goals and ten assists for 13 points in 23 games for South Carolina and ranks 17th overall among ECHL defenseman in points.
The Stingrays continue their three-in-three home weekend Saturday, December 12, against the Trenton Devils at 7:05 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum. Note of the Night: Stingrays forward Matt Fornataro comes into tonight's contest with 12 points (5g, 7a) in his last six games including two goals last Sunday against Elmira.
Taking the Lead The South Carolina Stingrays have outscored their opponents 28-15 in their last seven games.
Busy Weekends This weekend is the fourth of five consecutive three-in-three weekends for the South Carolina Stingrays and the first in which all three games are at home.
