
Stingrays Gameday: Stingrays' Teddy Bear Toss Today At 4:00 P.M. Against Elmira

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays battle the Elmira Jackals tonight at 4:00 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum in our annual Teddy Bear Toss benefiting Debi's Kids and the Salvation Army.
Tonight is the third and final meeting between the two teams this season and the second at North Charleston Coliseum. South Carolina is 4-1-0 against Elmira all-time. Today is our annual Teddy Bear Toss benefiting Debi's Kids and the Salvation Army. Bring a stuffed animal to the game and get ready to throw it on the ice after the Stingrays score their first goal! Sunday is also Kid's Day featuring $5 kid's tickets and pregame kid's carnival 2:30 p.m. Camp Bow Wow will be on the main concourse for Adopt-a-Dog Sundays featuring the Adoptable Dog of the Night. Tricounty Family Ministries is hosting a canned food drive tonight at both entrances to the Coliseum. Please bring canned goods and support a great cause.
The Stingrays continue their home stand Friday, December 11, against the Trenton Devils at 7:05 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum. Friday is $2 Beer Night and 100.9 WAY FM Family Fun Friday. Note of the Night: Stingrays forward Keith Johnson comes into tonight's contest on a three-game goal streak (3g) and a five-game point streak (3g, 2a).
Standing Tall Goaltender Braden Holtby is 4-0-0 with a goals-against average of 2.45 in his last four starts.
The Scoring Touch Stingrays rookie forward Rob Ricci has scored nine points (4g, 5a) in his last eight games and ranks 14th among ECHL rookies with 16 points.
