Stingrays Announce Changes to 2010-11 Schedule

South Carolina Stingrays News Release


The South Carolina Stingrays announced today three changes to the 2010-11 regular season schedule.

The changes, including those to opponents, were made due to scheduling conflicts with the North Charleston Coliseum.

The following home games were changed:

Friday, October 15 vs. Greenville will now be Tuesday, November 16 at 7:05 p.m.

Saturday, October 16 vs. Kalamazoo will now be Monday, December 6 at 7:05 p.m.

Sunday, October 17 vs. Kalamazoo will now be Tuesday, December 7 at 7:05 p.m.

With the changes, Opening Weekend is pushed back to Friday, November 5, Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Stingrays now kick off the 2010-11 season with a five-game road trip starting on Friday, October 22 at Gwinnett at 7:35 p.m.

The Stingrays drop the puck on their 18th season of hockey in the Low Country on Friday, October 22 against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:35 p.m. at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Opening Weekend is set for Friday, November 5, Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum.
