Road Warriors' Inaugural Game Will be Home Opener

GREENVILLE, SC -The Greenville Road Warriors announced today that due to a date change with the South Carolina Stingrays their home opener on October 21, 2010 will be their inaugural game.
Greenville's season opening game had originally been scheduled for Friday, October 15 in Charleston against the Stingrays. Due to a building conflict, however, that game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 16, 2010.
With the schedule change, the Road Warriors will now open their 2010-11 schedule on home ice against the Florida Everblades on Thursday, October 21 at 7:05. Greenville has a home-friendly schedule over the first four weeks of the season. The Road Warriors now play their first six games on home ice and will not be away from the BI-LO Center until games on November 6 and 7 at Gwinnett. In all, 12 of the Road Warriors' first 15 games will be played on home ice.
