
Steve Lombardozzi Promoted to Harrisburg

Potomac Nationals News Release
The Washington Organization announced last night that IF Steve Lombardozzi has been promoted to Harrisburg (AA) following the P-Nats game with Lynchburg.
Lombardozzi was among the Carolina League leader in batting average (.295, 8th), games (110, 2nd), hits (129, 4th), doubles (30, 4th), runs (71, 4th) and led the league in triples with nine. He has been the Nationals most steady player leading the team in games played as well as having the highest batting average by 30 points of any P-Nat regular.
Potomac has also activated RHP AJ Morris from the DL.
The Potomac official roster is at 23 players which is two short of the Carolina League limit. Potomac is also carrying MLB starter Garrett Mock who threw four innings last night and is scheduled to make one more start with Potomac that will be five innings. LHP Danny Rosenbaum is expected to be activated from the DL tomorrow and start for Potomac against Lynchburg.
Also yesterday, Potomac received UTIL Robby Jacobsen back from Harrisburg and sent Jason Jones to the Senators.
