Despite outshooting the Storm 34-25, the Stars fell to the Storm for the first time this season. Tri-City took the early lead one minute into the game and never fell behind. Grant Jozefek, Ethen Frank and Ryan Jones scored for the Stars. Ludvig Hoff and Adam Brady finished with two assists each.
Scouting Tri-City - The Storm have won two of their last five games after going 3-4-2 in November. Carson Meyer leads Tri-City with 11 goals and 9 assists while Jake Wahlin has six goals and 13 assists.

Jersey Auction Success - The Stars raised more than $20,000 for Make-A-Wish Nebraska with their jersey auction on Saturday night. Lincoln collected teddy bears for Community Action, a local non-profit, on Friday and will deliver them this week.

20th Anniversary Season - The Stars are celebrating their 20th Anniversary Season this year. The team played its first season in 1996-1997.
Oh Captain, My Captain - Biagio Lerario was named team captain for the 2015-2016 season. Ludvig Hoff, Patrick Polino and Dylan Woolf were named assistants. The Stars eight-man leadership group includes those four players along with Adam Brady, Sam Kauppila, Ryan Jones and Christian Evers.
