
Stars announce change to TV schedule

DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars President John Pettit announced today that the Iowa Stars have made a change to their television broadcast schedule.
The Stars had originally slated to broadcast their Sunday, April 16th game on the Mediacom Connections Channel. They will now move their last regularly scheduled television game to Saturday, April 15th. The Mediacom Connections Channel broadcast will begin at 7:00 PM and pit the Stars against the visiting Peoria Rivermen.
The Iowa Stars can clinch a spot in the West Division portion of the 2006 Calder Cup Playoffs by obtaining one point in their final three games.
The Connections Channel is Mediacom's statewide network that provides Iowans with coverage of state and local sports and community events. It is located at channel 22 for most areas of the state. Check local listing for your community's Mediacom Connections Channel (Ch. 74 in Iowa City; Ch. 18 in Northwest Iowa).
STARS NEXT GAMES: The Iowa Stars play in Peoria on Friday, April 14th, before closing out the Regular Season at home on Saturday, April 15th and Sunday, April 16th.
