St. John's IceCaps IceCaps Agree to Terms with Mike Cornell

St. John's IceCaps News Release
The St. John's IceCaps announced they have agreed to terms on a pro tryout contract with defenceman Mike Cornell.
In 11 games this season with the Florida Everblades of the ECHL, Cornell has five points (1G, 4A) and 17 penalty minutes. The Franklin, MA native also appeared in a game with the Springfield Falcons (AHL), collecting an assist. Cornell attended training camp with the IceCaps earlier this season, suiting up for St. John's in their preseason Mary's Cup series versus the Hamilton Bulldogs. He has played in 36 career AHL games, recording 11 points (4G, 7A) and 78 penalty minutes.
