Shreveport-Bossier Captains News Release
The Fort Worth Cats out slugged the Shreveport Sports Monday 10-6 at Fair Grounds Field. The Cats had 17 hits and every time the Sports got close, Fort Worth pulled away. The Sports had 12 hits with Wade Robinson and Justin Humphries both with three hits. Shreveport scored four runs in the fifth inning to pull with two runs of the Cats. However, Fort Worth scored three in the top of the sixth to put the game away. The series is tied at a game apiece with the final game of the three-game series Tuesday at 7:05 with the broadcast on AM 1130, KWKH.
