
Spokane to Face Portland in First Round of 2018 WHL Playoffs

Spokane Chiefs News Release
The Spokane Chiefs and Portland Winterhawks will face each other in the first round of the 2018 WHL Playoffs, as determined by game results on Saturday night. Portland, as the U.S. Division's second seed, will hold home ice advantage over the third-seed Chiefs. The series will begin in Portland on Saturday, March 24.
Spokane will host games 3, 4 and 6, beginning with Game 3 on Wednesday, March 28. Game 4 will take place on March 29 and Game 6, if necessary, will be in Spokane on Monday, April 2. All Chiefs home games will begin at 7:05 p.m.
Spokane vs. Portland - Round 1 Schedule
Game 1 - Spokane at Portland - Saturday, March 24 - 6 p.m.
Game 2 - Spokane at Portland - Sunday, March 25 - 5 p.m.
Game 3 - Portland at Spokane - Wednesday, March 28 - 7:05 p.m.
Game 4 - Portland at Spokane - Thursday, March 29 - 7:05 p.m.
*Game 5 - Spokane at Portland - Saturday, March 31 - 6 p.m.
*Game 6 - Portland at Spokane - Monday, April 2 - 7:05 p.m.

All games at Portland will take place at Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
Single game tickets for the Chiefs' round one home playoff games will go on sale Monday, March 19 at 9 a.m. via TicketsWest outlets, the Chiefs' Ticket Office and online at spokanechiefs.com.
