HOST FAMILIES NEEDED FOR SPIKES PLAYERS The State College Spikes are looking for your help in hosting the future stars of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Spikes players are in need of housing for the final month of the season. Here is your turn to help your summertime home team and show them the hospitality of Happy Valley. Families and all others interested in housing Spikes players for the last month of the season can contact Jen Orlando at 272-1711 or 877-99-SPIKES for more information! TAKE HOME A REAL SPIKES HEMP JERSEY FRIDAY NIGHT The Going Green Environmental Night Series starts up Friday night with the Hemp Jersey-off-the-Back Auction to benefit Wildlife for Everyone. Spikes fans can bid on the hemp jerseys the Spikes will wear during the game, and the highest bidder takes home an actual Spikes jersey autographed and presented by the player who wore it. So go green with the Spikes, and get a souvenir to go with it this Friday night.
