Sound Tigers Second Half Tickets Go On Sale Saturday

BRIDGEPORT, CT – The American Hockey League's 2001-02 Regular Season Champion and Eastern Conference Playoff Champion Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have announced individual game tickets for the second half of the 2002-03 season will go on sale this Saturday, November 16th.

Sound Tigers tickets can be purchased at the Arena at Harbor Yard box office between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday. The box office is also open from 10 a.m. until the end of the first period on Saturday game days and from 12 noon until the end of the first period on Sunday game days. Sound Tigers tickets are also available on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 203-368-1000.

Highlights of the second half of the season include the first visit of 2002-03 by the Albany River Rats who are led by former Sound Tigers Dave Roche, Ray Giroux and Ken Sutton on February 19th; first-ever visits by the expansion San Antonio Rampage on February 16th and 18th and Houston Aeros on January 24th and 25th; meetings with two of last year's playoff opponents, the Manitoba Moose on March 5th and the Hamilton Bulldogs on April 2nd; as well as a season-ending home-and-home series with the Hartford Wolf Pack ending April 6th at the Arena at Harbor Yard.

Adult Sound Tigers ticket prices range from $16.50 to $25. All Kids, students and senior tickets cost $12.50.
