Snappy and his friends in the front office would like to announce their annual donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters. This season the Snappers will be donating 150 general admission tickets to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rock, Walworth, and Jefferson Counties. The Snappers will donate 75 tickets to the June 27th game against the Cedar Rapids Kernels, and 75 tickets to the August 10th game against the Peoria Chiefs.
"We are glad to keep our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters around for another season," said General Manager Jeff Vohs. "Coming to a game here at Pohlman Field will hopefully provide enjoyment for both the kids and the Bigs that bring them here. It's really a win-win situation for both sides."
Kids with Big Brothers and/or Big Sisters are:
- 52% less likely to skip school - 46% less likely to begin using illegal drugs - More likely to get along with their families and peers
