
Snappers Return Home for Final Multi-Opponent Homestand

Beloit, WI - A pair of Iowa Western division foes will travel to Beloit from August 18th - 23rd in the final homestand for the Beloit Snappers in August and the second to last homestand of the regular season.
The beginning of the homestand will be on Saturday August 18th with the Burlington Bees at 7:00 p.m., starting the final regular season series between the two clubs. It's another fireworks night after the game at Pohlman Field, presented by Welder's Supply.
Game two of the three-game series will be a Sunday afternoon first pitch at 2:00 p.m. It's Princess & Superhero Day, where kids in costume get in free. It's also the Snappers Team Photo Giveaway of the 2018 team photo. It's a 2-for-1 BOGO & Mercy Health System's Day. Check the Wednesday edition of the Stateline News, Janesville Messenger, & Walworth County Shopper for your BOGO Coupon for Reserved Seat tickets (up to two free tickets per coupon) to Sunday home games. Following the game, kids 12 & under get to run the bases & fans of all ages can play catch in right field, courtesy of Mercy Health. Leinie's 12-oz. cans and 16-oz PBR cans are just $2.
The series with the Bees will wrap up on Monday the 20th and return to a 7:00 p.m. first pitch. Game one against the Cedar Rapids Kernels begins on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. It's the annual Pohlman Field Snappers Deck Party. The Snappers invite their fans, media and local business out to an all you can eat party for $40 for person, with all proceeds will go to the Pohlman Field improvement fund.
It's also a Working-Class special, where fans can enjoy a general admission ticket and a Brat Basket for just $10.19 from your friends at 101.9 Iron Country Radio.
The second game of the series is also a 7:00 start time. That Wednesday are Kids Eat Free and Craft Beer Wednesday specials. The final game of the Kernels series and homestand will occur on Thursday the 23rd at 7:00 p.m. It's a Two-Dollar Thursday special. Hot dogs, brats, pizza, 12 oz. domestic draft beer and fountain soft drinks can be purchased for just $2. Presented by your friends at Advia Credit Union.

The Snappers are in the thick of the playoff race in the second half so get your tickets to future Snappers games!
