
Sky Sox and Sidewinders Game Suspended

Colorado Springs Sky Sox News Release
Tonight's game between the Colorado Springs Sky Sox and the Tucson Sidewinders has been suspended due to rain. The game was stopped heading into the top of the fourth inning with Tucson leading 5-3. The game will be resumed as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday, August 27 when the Sidewinders return to Colorado Springs for the Sox' final series of the season. Tonight's game will be resumed on the 27th at 5:05 PM and will be played to it's normal nine inning completion. Following that contest, the regularly scheduled game will be played as a seven inning game.
