Kennewick, WA - Single game tickets for the Tri-City Americans 17th WHL campaign in the Mid-Columbia go on sale Tuesday, September 21st, 10 am at the Three Rivers Coliseum box office, all Tickets West outlets including Red Lion Hotels. Fans can order tickets by phone, call 1.800.325 SEAT or visit www.ticketswest.com . The home opener is Saturday, October 2nd at 7:05 pm against the Kamloops Blazers.

Single game ticket prices are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (62 and older), $10 youth (3-17) and students with ASB cards. Walk up fans will be subject to an additional 25-cent facility fee on each ticket purchase. As an added bonus, parking is free for the first time in club history.

Americans fans can avoid the facility fee by purchasing a season ticket or a 7-game or 18-game flex pack. These can be purchase Monday through Friday at the Americans office on the lower level of the Coliseum. For information call 509.736.0606, ext. 253.

The Americans will hold their annual season ticket holder pick-up party Tuesday, September 21st. Season ticket holders are invited to watch the team practice from 3:30-5:15 pm in the Coliseum. The club will be introduced to the fans from 6-6:30 pm by vice president/general manager Bob Tory and head coach Don Nachbaur. Fans can pick up their season tickets at the Convention Center from 6-8 pm and will have a chance to meet the players.

AMERICANS ADD BLUE LINE DEPTH

The Americans today have added depth to their blue line with the addition of 18-year-old defenseman Riley Emmerson from the Chilliwack Chiefs of the BCHL. The 6' 8", 230 pounder from Abbotsford, B.C. appeared in 52 games for the Chiefs in 2003-04 and had no goals, six assists and 137 penalty minutes.

Emmerson will practice with the team today in the Coliseum at 2:30 pm.
