
Severson Leaves RiverKings Roster

(Southaven, MS) --- The Mississippi RiverKings of the Central Hockey League today announced that forward Cam Severson has left the team.
Severson, who played in Europe last year with HC Steaua Bucuresti, leaves the team to continue his playing career in Europe, according to Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin "Killer" Kaminski.
In 18 games with the RiverKings, Severson scored eight goals and had 13 points to go with 34 penalty minutes.
Mississippi is back in action in a pair of Northern Conference clashes on home ice this weekend, beginning Friday against Colorado at 7:05 PM and again Sunday afternoon against Missouri at 3:05 PM.
