Series Opener Postponed

ROME, Ga. - This evening's series-opener between the Rome Braves (40-49) and the Greenville Drive (47-42) has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader at State Mutual Stadium on Wednesday beginning at 5 p.m. EDT. Approximately 35 minutes after the first seven-inning contest concludes, a second seven-inning game will begin.
Tickets for this evening's game can be exchanged for any other home game throughout the 2021 Rome Braves season. Tickets can be exchanged at any time at the Rome Braves box office. For more information, fans can call the Rome Braves box office at 706-378-5144.
Wednesday's daily promotion is All-You-Can-Eat Wednesday. Fans who purchase the All-You-Can-Eat Ticket Package, which starts at $36, can enjoy unlimited concession items including hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and soda. A limit of two (2) items are permitted each trip to the concession stand.

Also of note: Sunday's rainout at Hickory has officially been rescheduled for Sept. 16 in Floyd County. It will be the second game of a doubleheader that starts at 5 p.m. EDT. Since the original game was slated to be played in Hickory, the Crawdads will serve as the home team in the makeup game.
