OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 16, 2010) - The Ottawa Senators today recalled goaltender Robin Lehner on an emergency basis from the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators .
Lenher, 19, made his regular-season debut while making 28 saves in the B-Sens' 7-1 loss to the visiting Hershey Bears on Friday night. In two pre-season games with Ottawa, Lehner earned a record of 1-1-0, including a 5-0 shutout victory at Toronto in the team's first pre-season contest on Sept. 21 at Air Canada Centre. The Senators next see action this evening when they visit the Montreal Canadiens at 7 p.m. The B-Sens play their first road game of the 2010-11 season tonight in Syracuse, N.Y.
