
Senators promote pitcher Jason Stevenson

The Harrisburg Senators announced today that pitcher Jason Stevenson has been promoted to Edmonton, Montreal's triple-A team.
Stevenson has spent the entire 2004 season with Harrisburg and he appeared in 24 games with 22 starts. Stevenson was 8-10 with a 4.06 ERA. He worked a team-high 135.1 innings and allowed 132 hits, 66 runs, 61 earned runs, 46 walks and 75 strikeouts.
With the Senators, Stevenson also allowed a team-high 20 home runs and hit 12 batters, a club high for the year.
With the promotion of Stevenson, the Senators roster returns to 23 active players, one below the maximum allowed.
