The Volcanoes will begin releasing early playoff plans and information later this week.
"First off, the one thing we have learned after winning five Northwest League championships is there is plenty of baseball ahead and this league is very talented," said Jerry Walker, Volcanoes Co-Owner. "That said, Lisa (Walker), Mickey (Walker), myself and the entire organization are very proud of our players and coaching staff for such a fine first half and clinching home-field advantage for when the playoffs start. When we started this season, the Volcanoes embraced the motto, 'Discover the wonder...All over again' and returning to the playoffs is a giant step in the right direction."
The Volcanoes front office team now has two important duties, keep momentum on the exciting Volcanoes Stadium experience and concurrently preparing for thrilling home playoff games at the end of the season, said Mitche Graf, Volcanoes President.
"Honestly, my entire staff feels so privileged to serve our fans and partners in this playoff season. We will continue to push to deliver a six-star in-stadium experience as your Volcanoes look to add a sixth championship to this amazing franchise's trophy case," Graf said.
