Scout Night at Hanover Insurance Park

WORCESTER, MA- It's the ultimate night out for a lucky group of scouts at Hanover Insurance Park. The Worcester Tornadoes have invited The Mohegan Council #254, members of the Boy Scouts of America to participate in Scout Night 2006 on Saturday, August 12th, as the Tornadoes face the Brockton Rox at 7:05 P.M.
The outing will kick off with a pre-game clinic with members of the Tornadoes, where the scouts will have the opportunity to fulfill all of the requirements needed to receive their baseball badge. Before the game, the scouts will have a chance to step onto the field with their favorite players and participate in a Tornadoes Field of Dreams Parade. Once the game is over, scouts will be able to set up camp on the outfield grass and spend the night under the stars. A hearty breakfast will be provided to the scouts in the morning.
