Quotes

"It's a good feeling coming back and trying to produce in some way. Whether it's in on the forecheck or just making something positive happen. Lucky for me the puck hit a stanchion and [Klarc Wilson] got the puck on net, and the rebound was left out for me. I just got what I could on it and luckily it went in the back of the net. I felt more comfortable tonight and definitely felt more like myself, which is good going down the stretch here." - Mike Pereira on his comfort level coming off the IR and scoring his first goal since coming back into the lineup.

"It was pretty nerve-racking there in the last minute, but it feels great to get my first win. I didn't get the start, but it's a good feeling coming in like that and getting the win." - Lucas Gore on earning his first win as a pro.

"I just hopped out of the box and [Tyler Shattock] got me the puck on a break. [J.P. Chabot] was flying down the wing and I got it to him. I thought he was going to shoot, but he ended up making a really nice pass to me and I ended up just tapping it home." - Vinny Scarsella on his eventual game-winning goal.

"We have a lot of chemistry and we all complement each other really well. It's definitely fun to play with those two because they see the ice really well. Shattock works really hard in the corners and [Tyler] Maxwell can bury it from anywhere, so hopefully we can continue that trend down the stretch here." - Vinny Scarsella on being back on a line with Tyler Maxwell and Tyler Shattock

"He competes like that every night and works hard all the time. Both goals were great efforts by Vinny and Chabot deserves a lot of credit for that great pass on Vinny's second goal." - Head Coach Rich Kromm on Vinny Scarsella's effort tonight and the two goals he scored.

"I thought we made some poor decisions on our changes in the second, so we wanted to clean that up. They caught us on those a couple times and one resulted in a goal and we wanted to be a little more aware of that and identify our assignments in the three-on-three in our own zone." - Coach Kromm on the conversation between the second and third periods.
