Sandlot Slugger Run to Benefit N.H. National Guard Chaplain's Fund

(Nashua, N.H., July 9, 2008) The Nashua Pride has teamed up with Hudson Cycle Center, the National Guard, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Enforcers for the Sandlot Slugger Run, a scenic 50 mile motorcycle ride around New Hampshire ending at Historic Holman Stadium for a 7:05 p.m. game between the Pride and Ottawa Rapidz on Saturday, July 19th.

The Sandlot Slugger Run invites all motorcycle and baseball enthusiasts to come together for a group ride around New Hampshire to benefit the N.H. National Guard's Chaplain's Fund, which assists the families of active duty Gaurdsmen serving overseas.

Registration is $25 for a bike and rider and $10 for a passenger. Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Nashua Armory located at 154 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua. The ride will begin at 3:00 p.m.

Fans who attend the July 19th Pride game versus the Rapidz will have the opportunity to win a brand new motorcycle, courtesy of Hudson Cycle Center. Fans can purchase a raffle ticket at the game and if a Nashua Pride player hits for the "cycle" against Ottawa that night (recording a single, double, triple, and home run), one lucky fan will win a motorcycle valued up to $15,000.
