
San Jose Barracuda Host Ugly Sweater Day and Winter Clothing Drive

SAN JOSE, CA - The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda) presented by Barracuda Networks (@barracuda) and the American Hockey League (@TheAHL) affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) has announced that the club will wear a specialty ugly sweater jersey presented by Barracuda Networks on Saturday, December 5 at 1:30pm vs. the Bakersfield Condors.
Fans are encouraged to bring new or lightly used winter clothing (jackets, sweaters, hats, gloves, blankets) to the game to be donated to the Sacred Heart Community Service. For each donation, fans will receive a complimentary ticket to the Barracuda game on December 30 vs. the Charlotte Checkers.
The Barracuda will wear a specialty ugly sweater jersey during the game which will then be auctioned off during the game to benefit the San Jose Jr. Sharks organization courtesy of Barracuda Networks. A select few jerseys will be auctioned off at the Sharks game that night and during an online auction through SJBarracuda.com. Fans are invited to wear ugly sweaters at the game as select ugly sweater wearing fans will win prizes.
Doors open at 12:45pm as the San Jose Barracuda host the Bakersfield Condors (AHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers) at 1:30pm. December 5 marks the third of 13 San Jose Barracuda and San Jose Sharks doubleheaders at the SAP Center this season. The San Jose Sharks host the Tampa Bay Lightning at 7:30pm. Fans must have a separate ticket for both games.
All Barracuda ticket holders have access to the Club Level at the SAP Center at all San Jose Barracuda home games this season. Tickets for all Barracuda home games start at just $12.00 and may be purchased at the SAP Center Ticket Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone by calling 800-745-3000.
