Amerks "Star Wars Night" Set for Friday, December 4

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans will host Star Wars Night on Friday, Dec. 4 when the Amerks host the Toronto Marlies at 7:05 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena.
Star Wars fans will be treated to a meet-and-greet with Officially Licensed Lucas Films characters, with Darth Vader and R2D2 among those scheduled to be on hand to meet with fans prior to and during the game courtesy of The 501st Legion (character lineup subject to change). Special prizes will be given away to the fans dressed in the best Star Wars-themed costumes.
The Amerks are offering a special Star Wars Bobblehead and Ticket package. For just $25, fans can purchase a best-available ticket and one of five different Star Wars character Bobbleheads (based on availability). Available Bobblehead characters include Darth Vader, Yoda, Captain Phasma, Boba Fett and R2D2 (specific characters cannot be requested when ordering). The special packages can be purchased at www.amerks.com/starwars or by calling 1-855-GO-AMERKS.
Tickets for kids ages 12 and under can be purchased for just $10 apiece, with tickets for adults available for $20.
There will also be a limited number of Star Wars-themed Mystery Pucks available for sale on the concourse as well as Star Wars lightsabers available in the Amerks Team Store presented by Adpro Sports.
A portion of the proceeds from Star Wars Night will be donated to the Seneca Park Zoo Society.
