Albany Devils Annual Teddy Bear Toss this Saturday

ALBANY, NY -- The Albany Devils will host their annual "Teddy Bear Toss" during the first intermission when they host the Rochester Americans at 5 pm Saturday at Times Union Center. Donations from the event will benefit children of the Capital Region.
Fans are encouraged to bring new or slightly used Teddy Bears or stuffed animals to the game. An announcement will be made and fans can throw the stuffed animals onto the ice. They will be collected and distributed to non-profit organizations throughout the region.
In years past, the plush toys have been donated to organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club and the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.).
Individual tickets for game are on sale at the Times Union Center box office or at any Ticketmaster outlet. Fans can also buy tickets via charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online at ticketmaster.com.
