Savannah, GA - The Savannah Sand Gnats, in conjunction with the New York Mets, have announced the following transactions to the Sand Gnats roster.
Sam Honeck was placed on the DL (Disabled List), with a right knee strain.
Catcher Juan Torres has been transferred to the Savannah roster from the Brooklyn roster, effective today, April 13, 2012.
