Coming Up This Week – The Saints play 4 games is 6 days this week with a home game against Colorado on Tuesday, a road game in Amarillo on Friday, and home games against Odessa and Forth Worth Saturday and Sunday.

Upcoming Promotions – Saturday the Saints will host their annual Teddy Toss Night. It will also be DARE Night and the 1st 1,000 fans will get free hand-clappers from Thrifty Nickel. There will also be a Post-Game Party with the players at Outback Steakhouse. On Sunday there is a Post-Game Party with the players at Logan's Roadhouse.

Week In Review – The Saints went 1-1-0 this week with a road win over Memphis on Friday and a road loss to Bossier-Shreveport on Saturday.

Dec. 5th / San Angelo 3 - Memphis 2 / The Saints scored on their first two shots of the game and their 1st shot in the 2nd period – then held off a furious Memphis rally to defeat the Riverkings Friday night. Jarett Metz and Chris Minard scored 1st period goals and Derek Booth scored in the 2nd period for a 3-0 Saints lead. The Riverkings scored mid-way through the 2nd period to make it 3-1, then notched a short-handed goal in the 3rd to make it 3-2. Despite being out-shot 17-2 in the 3rd period, the Saints held on for the win in the only meeting of the season between these two teams. Metz and Dusty Hunter each recorded two points for the Saints and Scott Reid picked up his 10th win of the season with 35 saves.

Dec. 6th / San Angelo 1 - Bossier-Shreveport 4 / In an evenly played game, it was special teams that made the difference as the Mudbugs scored a power-play goal in each period – then added an empty netter for the final 4-1 score. The Saints went just 1-for-9 on the power-play with Derek Booth scoring the Saints' only goal in the 3rd period. The Mudbugs were 3-for-7 on the power-play and Ken Carroll had 20 saves for his 12th win of the season.

Player Moves: The Saints lost the services of forward Dusty Hunter for an indeterminate amount of time with an eye injury suffered Friday night against Memphis. Forward/defenseman Scott Lega was activated from the Injured Reserve on Saturday.
