
Battle Resumes Wednesday at Pepsi Coliseum

DIVISIONAL LIKING: The Ice is riding a season-high three-game win streak into this Wednesday's divisional clash with the Memphis RiverKings. Division games have been kind to the Icemen this year as the team is 6-2-1 in nine games against Memphis, Bossier-Shreveport and Fort Worth. Indianapolis has won three consecutive games against Memphis and is 3-1-0 against the defending CHL champs. Rounding out the divisional match-ups, the Ice is 2-1-0 against Bossier-Shreveport and 1-0-1 against Fort Worth.
GET CARTER: Ryan Carter has been on the mark lately as he doubled his goal count on the season with the team's first hat trick of the year in Friday night's 5-4 shootout win over Tulsa. The second-year forward out of Iona College has points in four of his last five games (4G, 2A) and the hat trick was Carter's first of his pro career.
THE GREAT GILMORE: Dave Gilmore continued his offensive groove this past weekend as his six-game point streak (7G, 3A) is currently the top point streak among Ice players. With his team-leading fourth multiple goal game in Saturday's win, Gilmore sits atop the Ice leaderboard in goals (11), two-goal games (4) and game-winning goals (3). Gilmore has also enjoyed playing Memphis as five of his 11 goals have come against the "Kings."
PLAYER POINTS: Bernie John leads all CHL defensemen in scoring (26 points) and has 20 points (4G, 16A) in his last eleven games...Jason Baird has points in eight of his last nine games (6G, 7A)...Mario Doyon is riding a four-game assist and point streak and has 12 points (4G, 8A) in his last nine games....Remi Royer is off to a torrid start with the Icemen with four points (G, 3A) and a (+5) plus/minus in three games....Brent Zelenewich is 4-0-1 in five starts at home this year...Jeff Sanger is 3-1-0 with a 1.76 GAA in four starts this year against Memphis....Ryan Aikia has earned a (+6) plus/minus in his last four games, while Jason Baird and Nate Elliott are both (+5) in the same span.
MILESTONE MILL: Mario Doyon is one assist shy of 400 for his pro career...Jason Selleke is one point shy of 100 for his Ice career...Dave Gilmore is two goals shy of 100 for his pro career...Jared Dumba's next game will be his 100th of his pro career.
TEAM TIDINGS: Indy is third on the power play (21-111, 18.9%)...The Ice has outscored its opponents 47-27 in the first two periods, but has been outscored 22-16 in the third period of games....The Ice has scored the first goal of the game in 16 of its 19 games this season...The Ice is 8-1-1 when scoring first at home, but just 2-4-0 when scoring first on the road.

CARTER HAT TRICK LEADS ICE TO 5-4 VICTORY
· Ryan Carter's three-goal evening, which included the game-winner in the seventh round of the shootout put the Ice past the Oilers....Brent Zelenewich stopped 26 in regulation and overtime and five of seven in the shootout for his fifth win of the year.
ICE DETHRONE KINGS WITH 3-1 WIN
. Dave Gilmore registered his fourth multiple goal game of the season and goaltender Jeff Sanger made 25 saves, leading the Ice to a big 3-1 road victory over the RiverKings.
