St. Paul Saints News Release
ST. PAUL, MN (August 14, 2007) - Labor Day usually marks the unofficial end if summer. It's often the final time for families to get together before kids go back to school. The St. Paul Saints have always put the needs of families first and, with that in mind, will give away grillz, presented by Toshiba, on Thursday, August 16.
The first 2,500 fans who walk through the gates will receive custom Saints grillz. The grillz are great for parties, hanging out with friends or wait until next Saints season and using them during your tailgating party.
These aren't ordinary grillz; as a matter of fact, they aren't cooking grills, but grillz that fit on your teeth. They are gold plated with Saints spelled out on the top and Toshiba on the bottom of the grillz.
"We've done some tremendous giveaways this season, but I think people will be surprised by this unique item," said Director of Promotions Jack Weatherman. "We tried to keep this as ambiguous as possible and many people thought we were giving away barbecue grills, but in typical Saints fashion we came up with this one-of-a-kind giveaway."
The Saints take on the Sioux Falls Canaries on Thursday, August 16 at 7:05 p.m. Midway Stadium gates open at 6:00 p.m. For tickets contact the Saints ticket office at 651-644-6659 or visit saintsbaseball.com.
