Rutkowski Returned to Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that defenseman Troy Rutkowski has been reassigned by the club's National Hockey League affiliate Ottawa Senators from the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL to Binghamton.

Rutkowski has appeared in six contests this season for Binghamton, notching his first professional goal in the B-Sens 6-5 overtime victory against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers October 20. In his six games played with the B-Sens Rutkowski has amassed one goal with no penalty minutes.

Appearing in four games with Elmira this year, Rutkowski has recorded no points and a plus-2 rating.

Binghamton returns to action tonight when they travel to Hershey for a 7:00 p.m. puck drop versus the Bears.
