Rush Bracket Challenge: Head to Head with Mark Binetti
March 19, 2014 - Central Hockey League (CHL)
Rapid City Rush News Release
Hey Rush fans, Mark Binetti here, hope all is well in the Black Hills. ÃÂ It's March, which means two things: 1) the Rush are gearing for their annual Rush for the Cup and the playoffs that come with it, and 2) it's MARCH MADNESS!!!
For those of you that know my background, I worked at ESPNU, ESPN's college sport station, for the last three years back home in Charlotte. ÃÂ In our studio, March Madness was always a fun time, as it reminds me of the time when I first started working at the U. ÃÂ We always had a bracket challenge between each other, and in the spirit of keeping with tradition, I pose a challenge to all of you: I challenge you to go head to head with me in a March Madness Bracket Challenge.
You get one entry in the challenge, and the winners are any combination of the fans that beat me or come closest to beat me. ÃÂ You will get a choice of one of three awesome prizes: a fan tunnel experience before a playoff game, the ability to sit in the penalty box for warm-ups before a playoff game, or a free night on the FanZoni for you and five other friends! ÃÂ Sign up for the bracket challenge here on our ESPN.com page: =442781. ÃÂ You have until 10:15 tomorrow morning (tip-off of the first game) to submit your brackets. ÃÂ Best of luck to all of you, and let's enjoy the madness!
Other Rush News:
Playoff tickets are now available for the 2013-14 postseason as the Rush gear up for their Rush for the Ray Miron President's Cup!! ÃÂ Call the Rush office at 716-7825 for details.
Don't forget to join Mark Binetti, "Voice of the Rush", and Head Coach/GM Joe Ferras for "The Rush Hour with Coach Ferras", presented by Miller Lite. ÃÂ The show returns to the air next on Wednesday March 19th for the FINAL TIME THIS REGULAR SEASON, and will be held at 6 PM at Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar. ÃÂ The show is broadcast on 100.3 The FOX, the official radio home of your Rapid City Rush.
