INDIANAPOLIS - The Rapid City Rush received a 26-save performance from goaltender Danny Battochio and two goals each from Taylor Doherty and Tyler Scofield en route to a 4-0 win at Indiana Farmers Coliseum on Friday night.

Scoreless through 20 minutes, the Rush netted three goals in the second period to break the game open, starting with Doherty's first of the evening on a lobbed shot through a screen that snuck past Fuel goaltender Shane Owen (27 saves) to make it 1-0.

Next Scofield scored his first of two on the night after skating the puck into the Fuel zone, sidestepping a sliding Fuel defender and scoring on a wrist shot from the slot to make it 2-0.

Scofield finished the scoring in the frame with an unassisted power play goal after a giveaway in front of the Fuel net.

Doherty added an empty-net goal in the third to seal the win.

The Fuel get right back to action Saturday night when they host the Orlando Solar Bears at 7:35 pm on Chicago Blackhawks Night. The first 1,000 fans in attendance receive a commemorative puck and the Golden Jet, Bobby Hull will be in attendance among other Blackhawks celebrities. The Morellis Cleaners Pre-game Show starts 15 minutes before every puck drop on CBS Sports 1430.
