THUNDER RUMBLE PONIES IN SERIES OPENER: Binghamton allowed a season-worst five home runs in Friday's contest at ARM & HAMMER Park, falling to Trenton 10-2. The Spiedies collected just six hits, scoring both of their runs in the sixth inning on a Peter Alonso two-run single. The Pork Roll win is the first the teams met in the 2017 postseason.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Nabil Crismatt makes his team-leading 12th start of the season, searching for his third straight winning start. Crismatt beat the Fisher Cats on June 3, tossing seven innings of two-run baseball. The Colombian has won five of his last six starts, lowering his ERA to a league-best 2.66.

YO, YO: Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes finished 0-for-2 in his first rehab appearance with Binghamton on Friday. After flying out to left field in the first inning, Cespedes grounded to shortstop in the fourth.

LEATHER LOVE: The Rumble Ponies have not committed an error in the three straight games. Additionally, Binghamton has not committed more than one blunder in 12 consecutive contests.

TOUGH OUT TIM: Tim Tebow has a hit in four straight starts and has reached base safely in eight consecutive games. The former Heisman winner has started the month of June by slashing .357 (5-for-14).

DAMN YANKEES: RHP Nabil Crismatt last faced a Yankees affiliate when he made consecutive starts against Tampa (NYY:High-A) in 2017 as a member of St. Lucie (High-A). The Yankees scored 15 combined runs in eight total innings against Crismatt, sending him to a pair of losses. On August 6, 2017, Dillon Tate led the Yankees past the Mets with Crismatt taking the loss.

DOUBLE DIGIT TROUBLE: The Rumble Ponies allowed double digit runs (10) on Friday for the third time this season, all losses.

HITS DON'T LIE: Binghamton gave up a season-worst 17 hits to Trenton in Friday's loss. The 11-hit margin (Rumble Ponies had 6) is the largest losing margin in any Binghamton game this season.

NO WAY DOUBLE PLAY: The Rumble Ponies have not hit into a double play in five straight games, a season-long.

REGULARLY SCHEDULED PROGRAMMING: Binghamton has played in four straight nine-inning games for the first time since May 26 - 29. This quartet of nine-inning affairs comes on the heels of four straight twin bills against New Hampshire.

UP NEXT: Binghamton and Trenton finish up their three-game set on Sunday afternoon. The Rumble Ponies offense will face Thunder RHP Michael King with first pitch at ARM & HAMMER Park scheduled for 1:00 PM.
