LAST GAME RECAP: Patrick Mazeika's eighth inning RBI single helped propel the Ponies to a 2-1 series finale victory on Thursday against Hartford. The Yard Goats scored the game's first run on a Chris Rabago home run, but were held in check the rest of the way by Mickey Jannis and a pair of Rumble Ponies relievers. Binghamton has won both August contests.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Frankyn Kilmoe makes his NYSEG Stadium debut and his second Rumble Ponies start since being traded from the Phillies. Kilome was sent to the Mets in the deal that moved Asdrubal Cabrera to Philadelphia. The 23-year-old went seven innings at Altoona on July 29, but allowed three runs in a loss.

BULLPEN BONANZA: The Rumble Ponies relievers did not allow a run in the four-game series against Hartford, and have stretched their scoreless streak to five games. Last night, Daniel Zamora and Ryder Ryan combined to retire all six batters they faced. The streak has lasted nine innings (10 K, 1 BB).

MAZEIKA MAGIC: Patrick Mazeika finished 2-for-4 on Thursday and pushed home the winning run with his eighth-inning single. It's the catcher's first multi-hit game since June 26, his ninth multi-hit performance of the season.

GOING BACK-TO-BACK: Binghamton has put together consecutive wins for the first time since July 3 & 4.

MAS FROM TOMAS: Tomas Nido extended his hitting streak to a season-best 10 games on Wednesday, with a single and home run. Since June 27, Nido sports a league-best .389 batting average, 4 HR & 15 RBI.

INNINGS EATERS: Five times over the last eight games, a Rumble Ponies starter has tossed at least seven innings. Mickey Jannis & Scott Copeland each did so twice, while Franklyn Kilmoe hurled seven in his Binghamton debut on July 29.

TERDOSLA-HITS: Over the last 10 games, Joey Terdoslavich is hitting .415 with a HR and 6 RBI. The first baseman has five multi-hit games over that stretch, including two three-hit games and a 5-for-5 effort at Bowie on July 25.

SEEING THE SENATORS: The Rumble Ponies took two of three from the Senators in Harrisburg on June 5 - 7. The Senators took the series opener, before Binghamton outscored Harrisburg 9-3 in the final two games to win the series. This is Harrisburg's lone trip to NYSEG Stadium in the regular season.

UP NEXT: The Rumble Ponies and Senators duel in the middle game of their three-game set on Saturday evening. Binghamton RHP Justin Dunn goes for the Ponies against Harrisburg RHP Jaron Long. First pitch at NYSEG Stadium is scheduled for 6:05 PM.
