Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are pleased to announce the hiring of Kyle McDonald as the Director of Mental Performance. McDonald will bring a wealth of experience to his new role in Victoria which includes time spent with Hockey Canada, the Arizona Coyotes, Hockey Saskatchewan and a variety of CHL franchises.

McDonald will serve as the team's first Director of Mental Performance as the Club continues to round out its hockey operations staff. This new position will play a pivotal role in the development of Royals' players both on and off the ice.

"I am very excited to be leading the Royals mental performance department as we expand our player development with progressive initiatives," said McDonald.
