
Royals Sign Tanner Scott

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are proud to announce that the club has signed 2004-born forward Tanner Scott to a WHL Standard Player Agreement.
Scott was selected by the Royals in the third round, 48th overall, in the WHL Bantam Draft this past May.
"Tanner is a skilled forward who plays with pace and has had a very good camp," Royals' President & General Manager Cameron Hope said. He has a great work ethic and high hockey IQ, and we are pleased to have him as part of our future plans."
The native of Sherwood Park, AB played last season for the OHA Edmonton Bantam Prep Team of the Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL). In 29 contests with OHA, Scott tallied 43 points (18g-25a), to go along with eight penalty minutes. He finished the regular season with the second most points and goals on his team.
