Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals fell 3-2 to the Portland Winterhawks, at the Save-On-Foods Centre, on Pink in the Rink Night.

Shot Stopper - Victoria goaltender Griffen Outhouse (4,107) surpassed alumnus Coleman Vollrath's franchise mark (4,072) for most career saves. Outhouse (83) remains one victory shy from tying the franchise record for all-time wins, which was also set by Vollrath who recorded 84 victories from 2012-2016.
Milestone Nights - Victoria's Dante Hannoun and Mitchell Prowse skated in their 250th and 100th career WHL games respectively tonight. Hannoun has recorded 204 points (76g-128a) over his WHL career, while Prowse has totaled 26 points (3g-23a).
Potent Powerplay - With a pair of goals on the man-advantage tonight, the Royals have now scored 76 powerplay goals this season. This sets the Victoria record for most man-advantage goals in a season. The previous record was set when the Royals scored on the powerplay 75 times during the 2015-16 season.
Pink in the Rink - After tonight's seventh annual Pink in the Rink game, Victoria's record now stands at 5-2-0-0. Tyler Soy leads all current Royals' players with five points (1g-4a) in those contests.
Up Next - The Royals embark on the road as they head to Kamloops to face the Blazers on Wednesday night at the Sandman Centre. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
