OMAHA, NE - Following the All-Star break, the Omaha Royals are back in action at Rosenblatt Stadium on Thursday, July 16th, when they open a four-game home stand against the Memphis Redbirds. The home stand is highlighted by Tracy Lawrence performing on the 17th as Werner Enterprises and KAT 103 present the fourth annual country concert. These exciting promotions are on tap:
Thursday, July 16, 7:05 p.m.: Welcome the Royals back from the All-Star break with another Thirsty Thursday! Enjoy $1 beers and Cokes, presented by 96.1 The Brew, Action 3 News and the City Weekly.
Friday, July 17, 7:05 p.m.: Werner Enterprises presents both Friday Fireworks and the Tracy Lawrence concert following the game! Lawrence has had eight #1 country hits including âSticks and Stones," "Alibis" and "Can't Break it To My Heart." His tenth studio album, The Rock, was released last month. The night is also presented by KETV and the City Weekly.
Saturday, July 18, 7:05 p.m.: Talk about good, clean family fun! The 1st 1,500 fans receive a Casey soap dispenser, courtesy of Coca-Cola. Fans will also enjoy the madcap antics of national mascot Rally as he makes his second appearance of the season at Rosenblatt. Plus, it's Boy Scout Night: area Boy Scout troops will spend the night camped out on the field of the historic ballpark. The night is also presented by The Reader, WOWT and The Big O 101.7 FM.
Sunday, July 19, 1:35 p.m.: It's U.S. Bank Family FUNday, with clowns, face painting and balloon art, plus after the game all kids are invited to run the bases with Casey! Subway Kids Club members receive a FREE ticket to the game! Any fan bringing an Our Family Brand food item gets a FREE G.A. ticket, with all canned goods going to the Open Door Mission. It's also Iowa Day: Iowa residents can show their ID for a buy-one-ticket, get-one-free deal.
