
Royals Acquire Graeme Bryks

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are pleased to announce that the club has acquired forward Graeme Bryks (2001) from the Seattle Thunderbirds in exchange for a conditional seventh round pick in the 2022 WHL Bantam Draft.
In 48 games with the Thunderbirds last season, the Edmonton, AB product recorded eight points (1g-7a). The 6-2, 210 lb centre also played in five playoff contests for Seattle during the 2019 post-season.
Over the course of his 58 game WHL career (2017-present), Bryks has collected nine points (2g-7a) and 14 penalty minutes.
During the 2017-18 season, Bryks played for the Spruce Grove Saints (2017-18) of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) where he scored 19 points (11g-8a) in 31 games. He helped the Saints capture the Inter Pipeline Cup as AJHL Champions.
Bryks was selected by Seattle in the eighth round, 172nd overall, in the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft.
