Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers have returned 15-year-olds Mats Lindgren, Dylan Ernst and Tye Spencer to their respective Midget clubs following two WHL preseason games this past weekend.
Lindgren was selected by the Blazers in the first round, 7th overall. He was pointless in two games on the weekend and is expected to play with the Burnaby Winter Club Midget Prep team this upcoming season.
Ernst stopped all 27 shots he faced on the weekend making an appearance in both preseason games. He will play with the Moose Jaw Generals of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League this season.
Spencer scored goals in both games on the weekend. The Saskatoon native will play this season with the Saskatoon Contacts of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League.
The Blazers roster is now at 28 players including 18 forwards, nine defenseman and two goaltenders.
