
Seven Hitmen to Attend NHL Training Camps

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club today announced seven players will participate in 2019 National Hockey League Training Camps.
Five of the seven players are drafted or signed prospects while James Malm and Jackson van de Leest have both earned a free-agent invite to the Calgary Flames Prospect Camp after attending Flames' Summer Development Camp in July.

The Hitmen will unveil their pre-season roster tomorrow, Wednesday, September 4 in advance of their 2019 Western Hockey League pre-season schedule.
The four-game exhibition calendar opens this weekend with a home-and-home set against the Oil Kings. Game one is at the Downtown Community Arena in Edmonton on Friday, September 6. Then on Saturday, September 7, Calgary hosts the Oil Kings at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex on Tsuut'ina Nation in a 7:00 p.m. start. Tickets are on sale now at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex for $10 each.
Game three is on the road in Taber on Saturday, Sept. 14 against the Medicine Hat Tigers. The pre-season then concludes on Sunday, September 15, with the lone game at the Scotiabank Saddledome against the Red Deer Rebels. Game time is 4:00 p.m.
The 2019-20 Hitmen Hockey Pass is on sale now and includes 33 game tickets plus one ticket voucher to be used anytime, in any combination. Pass holders also receive a special 25th anniversary jersey, $50 Scotiabank Saddledome gift card and a complimentary ticket to a select Flames, Roughnecks or Stampeders game. Passes start at less than $7 per ticket for kids and under $15 for adults.
Also available is the 10-game Hitmen Flex Pack to be used for any game in any combination and a Sunday Funday Pack. The Sunday Funday Pack features nine Sunday Funday tickets and one Teddy Bear Toss ticket for only $10 per game for kids and $16 per game for adults.
