
Rox Fall to Moon Dogs 10-3

St. Cloud, Minn. - The St. Cloud Rox fell to the Mankato Moon Dogs 10-3 this afternoon.
Andrew Clemen started the game for the Rox and pitched 5 innings, striking out six batters and he gave up four runs.
The Rox offense was stifled by great pitching by Mankato. Austin Athmann had an RBI early in the game then Kyle Serrano hit a two-run homerun in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Marcus Carson, centerfielder from the University of Kentucky, recorded his first hit as a Rox with a bunt single in the bottom of the second inning.
The Rox travel to Mankato tomorrow to complete the two game series then stay on the road all week until they return home on Sunday as they take on the Willmar Stingers.
