
Rome Makes Roster Move

Rome Emperors News Release
Rome, GA - The Rome Braves announce that infielder Chad Lundahl and outfielder Yohan Silva have been sent to the Myrtle Beach Pelicans of the Carolina League. Joining the Rome roster will be outfielder Carlos Lee and infielder Randy Gress from extended spring training. Lee, a 20th round pick from East Tennessee State University, hit .245 at Danville last season. Gress, an 18th round pick, split time between the GCL Braves and Danville Braves in 2007 and hit a home run in his first professional at bat in the Gulf Coast League.
The Rome Braves continue their road trip in Charleston tonight before moving on to Columbus for two games Tuesday and Wednesday.
