Rome Emperors News Release
The Rome Braves announce that RHP Daniel Cordero has been transferred to Danville of the Appalachian League. Cordero was 1-1 with a 7/62 ERA in three starts / 12 IP. The team receives RHP Matt Weaver from Danville. Weaver was selected by the Braves in the 9th round of the 2009 free agent draft as a position player but now is a pitcher. The roster is at 25 players. The Braves continue their home stand tonight against the West Virginia Power at 7 p.m. For ticket information call 706-378-5144.
