
Rolling Stones join Never Alone lineup

WINNIPEG, MB - Winnipeg Blue Bombers fans now have even more reason to purchase tickets to the team's Never Alone Social slated for FRIDAY, AUG. 26 at Canad Inns Stadium.
Everyone who purchases a ticket for the event will be automatically entered to win four tickets to see the Rolling Stones Sept. 6 at the Excell Energy Centre in Minneapolis, Minn. courtesy of DASH TOURS. The winner will be announced during the Never Alone Social.
Tickets for the Never Alone Social are selling for $15.50 each and are available at all Ticketmaster locations or by calling 780-3333. They can also be purchases on-line by visiting www.ticketmaster.ca.
Everyone who purchases a social ticket will receive a Never Alone bracelet with $5 from every ticket purchased going to CancerCare Manitoba.
The Never Alone Social will feature the TSN Friday Night Football telecast of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Hamilton Tiger-Cats from Ivor Wynn Stadium live on the Jumbotron. Fans will be able to watch the game from the comfort of their own lawn chair.
Gates will open at 4 p.m. for the all-ages Never Alone Social. It will feature live entertainment including local bands Men In Kilts and Free Ride was well as recorded music. There will also be a fireworks display at 11 p.m.
