
Rockets trade Waker to Raiders

Kelowna, BC â Kelowna Rockets President and General Manager, Bruce Hamilton has announced the trade of forward, Nolan Waker to the Prince Albert Raiders. In Exchange, the Rockets will receive a conditional 2005 7th Round Western Hockey League Draft Pick.
"From our standpoint, we have a lot of bodies on our roster right now and Nolan is a 19 year old player who wants to play, and deserves to play on a consistent basis. He is content with this deal as it will move him closer to home. Nolan was a pleasure to have in our organization and he is a great young gentleman and he will always be welcome here," commented Rockets President and General Manger, Bruce Hamilton.
Waker, a native of Swift Current Saskatchewan spent the 2002-2003 Season with the Kelowna Rockets.
