MOTHER'S DAY: The River Cats are encouraging fans to spend their Mother's Day at Raley Field. All women at the game will receive a flower when entering the ballpark (distributed by River Cats players until 12:45 pm). Also, all women at the game will have the opportunity to play catch on the field with their kids following the game. All activities and music at Raley Field on Sunday will be geared towards moms.
JACKIE ROBINSON NIGHT: Monday at Raley Field is Jackie Robinson Night. His daughter, Sharon Robinson, will be at the event, and she will address the crowd during pregame ceremonies. At 5:30 pm, more than 3,000 people associated with the Twilight Program (for at-risk kids) will participate in an educational forum about "Breaking Barriers in Sport and Life."

In addition to having the opportunity to run the bases following the game, kids get to experience a petting zoo, face painters and more. Selected kids will have the chance to serve as the public address announcer for a half-inning.
